1. What are the different types of prints available on your site?
We offer three types of prints: matte, gloss, and canvas. Matte and gloss prints are paper-based, while canvas prints are made on a durable poly-cotton base. You can find more information about the specifications of each type in our product description section.
2. What is the paper quality for the matte and gloss prints?
Both matte and gloss prints are produced on high-quality paper sourced from Japan. The matte prints have a paper thickness of 10.3 mil (0.26 mm) and weight of 189 g/m². The gloss prints are slightly thicker and heavier, with a thickness of 10 mil (0.25 mm) and weight of 260 g/m².
3. How resistant are the gloss prints to fingerprints?
Our Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper has a mixture of a gloss and matte finish that is resistant to fingerprints. It’s an excellent choice for quality photographic prints.
4. What are the specifications of your canvas prints?
Our canvas prints have a poly-cotton base, are 20.5 mil (0.5 mm) thick, and weigh 13.9 oz/yd² (470 g/m²). They are printed on textured and fade-resistant canvas, which is acid-free and PH-neutral.
5. Do canvas prints come ready to hang?
Yes, all of our canvas prints come with mounting brackets included. The canvas is hand-glued onto solid wood stretcher bars and is 1.5″ (3.81 cm) deep.
6. How quickly do you fulfill orders?
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. However, half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
7. Where do you fulfill orders from?
We have fulfillment centers around the world to minimize shipping time and costs. We’ll ship your order from the center that can get it to you the fastest.
8. What is your return policy for prints?
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or with any issues related to shipping or handling, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will happily offer a replacement for any items affected. Please note that since each print is custom-made, we require photographic evidence of the damage or issue to process your replacement request.
9. What printing technique do you use?
We use a multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique for both our matte and gloss prints. This method yields brilliant prints and offers the best possible outcome.
10. What is the ISO brightness of the matte prints?
Our matte prints have an ISO brightness of 104%, which ensures bright and vibrant colors in your prints.
11. How long does the canvas print last?
Our canvas prints are fade-resistant, ensuring the longevity of your artwork. However, like any piece of art, its lifespan can be greatly increased by taking proper care of it, such as keeping it out of direct sunlight and in stable, humidity-controlled conditions.
